| Technical infrastructure | Electric power supply is provided from Bryukhovychi 35/110 kV substation over high voltage 35 kV power with length of 7.5 km. There is a possibility of increasing electricity supply capacity to 15 MV, and connection to two independent voltage points (30 kV).
Water supply is available (above 55 m3/h, pressure is over 3 bar), a direct outflow to the receiving waters without stagnation in the territory, firefighting water (200 m3/h), availability of rainwater. Main gas transmission pipeline goes 300 m far from the quarry. There is lack of water disposal. |

The quarry is connected with 7 km asphalt road on Lviv-Yavoriv road. The nearest railway station “Klepariv” is located 12 km far from the quarry. A railway track leads to Yasnyska quarry. The asphalt road to Yasnyska quarry makes it possible for passenger transport, lorries to arrive. There are several equipped drives onto the territory. | |
| Limits in territory development if any | The geological and hydrogeological conditions of the quarry location are defined as favourable. Yasynyska place of sand extraction has being developed for a long time, it contains competent non-toxic quaternary formations, there are no landslides. The water in the quarry, according to expert conclusions, does not contain toxic elements and is environmentally friendly. Large areas covered with forest are close to the quarry. The quarry area is in seismically stable zone (seismicity of the area does not exceed 6 points). Natural and geological conditions of the area and the environment are favourable for the development of recreation zone. | |
